He is never late

*Be Inspired Faith Clinic Friday 22nd March 2019*

*Topic:* He is never late

*Text:*

Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.  (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)  Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.  When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.  These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.  Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.   And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.  Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.  But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.  Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.  Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:   And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?  Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.   And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.  And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.  And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.  Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

Praise be to God for His mercies and grace that is forever available to us. If it weren't for His grace I do not know where I would be. Lord this day I ask that you speak to us all in every aspect I pray that we will not read this word unto damnation. Empower us through your word in Jesus name.

The story of Lazarus is a story of restoration and healing that led to the redemption of other souls.

When he fell sick his sisters sent message to Jesus to inform Him about the state of Lazarus health and the urgency but Jesus was on a mission.

He didn't rush to the side of the sick Lazarus as the sisters expected.

Eventually Jesus made His way there and said to the disciples He was going to wake Lazarus from sleep talking about death. On getting there the family were like if you had been here he wouldn't have died.

There was an iota of faith mixed with disappointment, I can imagine calling on God at the bed side of a sick loved one and nothing happens. This is a time of desperation a time of God prove yourself.

Sometimes in situations like that God will do the Miraculous and bring such person back at times the healing they get is to leave this world of sin and reunite with their heavenly father.

I know on our part here on earth we would rather want them to stay because the pain of losing a loved one can be so unbearable but God will not allow anyone who has completed their assigment on earth to stay there especially when they have already qualified for their heavenly home.

Why stay one second that can lead to eternal damnation and gnashing of teeth.

Jesus is never late when He eventually does that miraculous we were hoping for and praying for it defies all medical or human odds. Those who have been said will never walk again stand and walk, the blind see, the fibroid disappears, the joint pain stops, the chest issue stops, the asthma is no where to be found, lupus cease, head ache, pain, pneumonia, whatever sickness it is stops even the one that is said to be very rare condition stops being there because Jesus is there.

Jesus is never late when He is involved, the outcome initially might seem like a disappointment just like in the case of Lazarus family but the final report is joy.

So I want to encourage you this day that over your health issue Jesus isn't late.
