Theme: Secret Place of the Most High
Text: Psalms 91:1
Glory be to God for the grace he bestowed on us to see this month end. If not for His grace we would have been swept away by all kinds of winds that has blown in our direction since the beginning of this year and our lives.
Psalms 91:1-2 KJV "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord , He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust."
We are all familiar with this scripture infact most of us read it daily or weekly. With all the explanation of what the secret place of God means we have some idea of the importance of the secret place of God.
When i got the message secret place i wrote it down and pondered on it. Secret place of God to me is in God Himself that is being in Christ Himself. The Bible said those who dwell in the secret place of the most high will abide under the shadow of the almighty. So if Christ himself isn't the secret place how can we dwell in His shadow? His word says except a man be in me He cannot see the kingdom of God. We are all aware that our God is Holy and to qualify as a candidate of His secret place we must be Holy. God loves the sinner but detest the sin in them.
So to start with except you are truly in Christ you cannot enter into His secret place nor dwell in His shadow. We understand that the moment you are in Christ gradually you begin to live for Him. When you are in Christ what makes God frown will definitely make you frown. What brings smile to His face will bring smile to your face such as holy living and soul winning to give few examples.
Job 1:1, 5-10 KJV
"There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord , and Satan came also among them. And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord , and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Then Satan answered the Lord , and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land."
We are all familiar with the story of Job. From the scripture above we can see that Job lived a righteous life which made God to build a hedge around him but satan being whom he is took permission from God to test Job. God will allow trial and test that will enhance our testimony to be glorious to come our way He won't allow tests that will cause our faith to vanish or ruin our soul eternally to come our way. Many are times we face issues that questions our faith, the Bible says except the Lord builds the house the builders build in vain. Except God watches over us bodyguards and security labour is vain.
My prayer is we will not do things that will cause God to cast us out eternally from His secret place in Jesus name. I pray in anyway we struggle with unbelief or unrighteousnes God will allow His mercy to redeem us and His grace to keep us standing.
The secret place of God is a place where we find undeniable access to God and divine communion with God. Pride cannot stay in His secret place neither can any kind of sin dwell in His shadow. For as many that dwell in His secret place storm will rise but He will see you through because you are engulfed in His secured place. For as many that are in His secret place your source will remain Jehovah not your human power or prosperity. For as many who dwell in His secret place and shadow you will always come out of any wilderness journey with victory. I pray we will not abuse the priviledge bestowed on us to stay in God's secret place and His shadow in Jesus name.
If you are yet to have genuine relationship with Jesus here is another opportunity say Jesus come into my life have mercy on me, henceforth rule and reign in me and hide me in your secret place so i can dwell in your shadow eternally in Jesus name.

Father i thank you for the grace to witness this month's fasting and prayer to you alone be all glory in Jesus name
Father thank you for every member of Be Inspired and their family for where they was, where they are and where they will be in Jesus name
Father in anyway i have wandered off your secret place have mercy on me and bring me back into your secret place in Jesus name
Father i pray for all members of my family whatever is disqualifying us from dwelling under your shadow today seperate it from us in Jesus name
Father in your secret place there is no lack even as it was obvious in the life of job make lack or poverty history in my life let me begin to possess my possessions in Jesus name
Father grant me grace and enablement to always dwell in you be my defence even when the accuser of brethren tender my sins before you let mercy speak over judgement in all areas for me in Jesus name
Father grant me grace to continually dwell in you even when trials in my life increase as you gave Job grace let me always remember that my redeemer liveth in Jesus name
Lord keep me and my household in your secret place do not allow any harm to come against us or our dwelling in any form in Jesus name
Father your secret place frown against untimely death over every member of BI and their family i come against untimely death spiritually or physically in Jesus name
Lord in your secret place your children are lenders not borrowers put an end to insufficient in our lives for those seeking employment or in employment show yourself great in Jesus name
Lord your secret place isn't threatened by any law i decree that every law working against any of us be overruled by your law justify your children in Jesus name
Lord almighty this time next month let us all be a testifier in all areas of life in Jesus name
Father every threats of enemy against our well being i send the fire of Holy Ghost to consume them now in Jesus name
Thank you Lord for answered prayer keep us in your secret place henceforth in Jesus name.
