Zechariah 3:1-7 AMP

[1] Then the guiding angel showed me Joshua the high priest [representing disobedient, sinful Israel] standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at Joshua’s right hand to be his adversary and to accuse him. [2] And the Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! Even the Lord, who [now and ever] has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is this not a log snatched and rescued from the fire?” [Jude 9] [3] Now Joshua was clothed with filthy (nauseatingly vile) garments and was standing before the Angel [of the Lord]. [4] He spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, “Remove the filthy garments from him.” And He said to Joshua, “See, I have caused your wickedness to be taken away from you, and I will clothe and beautify you with rich robes [of forgiveness].” [5] And I (Zechariah) said, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him with [rich] garments. And the Angel of the Lord stood by. [6] And the Angel of the Lord [solemnly and earnestly] admonished Joshua, saying, [7] “Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘If you will walk in My ways [that is, remain faithful] and perform My service, then you will also govern My house and have charge of My courts, and I will give you free access [to My presence] among these who are standing here.

Prayer

Eternal rock ages I honour your majesty and worship your holy name

King of glory thank you for this amazing day you deserve all the glory

Lord thank you for your word that enlightens me daily in Jesus name 

Lord take your place in my life and have your way in all aspects of my life

Lord in total humility, I approach throne of grace to seek for your mercy, have mercy on me in Jesus name

Lord eternal remove every filthy garment that is upon my life or family spiritually or physically 

Lord cancel all the petitions from the kingdom of darkness over my life and family

Lord silent the accuser of my soul now and let your mercy advocate for me

Lord terminate the plans of the wicked and rubbish the wickedness of the workers of iniquity 

Lord over this nation let your mercy prevail over the petition of darkness in Jesus name 

Lord even where my guilt is glaring, let your mercy deliver me from the judgement of sin

Lord usher me into the new season you have ordained for me in Jesus name 

Lord disgrace the accusations over my destiny, my home, my community and all that concerns me in Jesus name 

Lord destroy the negativity from the pit of hell set to put me in destruction in any form in Jesus name 

Lord open the book of remembrance concerning me and show me your unwavering love and grace
