Seeing is Believing
Text: Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.John 4:48 KJV

Praise be to God for the privilege to share the word again. May all glory and adoration be unto His holy name.

The Topic says seeing is beliving, in life human being are often moved by what we see. Aside believers who walk by faith and not by sight a natural man can be easily cajouled by what they see.

This is a natural phenomena for human. God gave us our eyes to see but at thesame time our mind is hidden away and it actually process a lot of information from what we see to what we hear and what we eventually utter out of our mouth.

Although your mind cannot be seen but it has a central passage for all information that your body need to process.

From the Bible verse above Jesus was speaking here and what He said here is still very relevant in our present days. Except certain things are actually seen even believers will not believe.

For example somebody who is pregnant would not be praying for people to see that she is pregnant because pregnancy announces itself. Someone who is doing a house warming wouldn't be praying that people should see that they have their own property because from the time the invitation went out for the house warming people were already aware of it for them to have been invited to the house warming.

There are situations or circumstances where people need to actually see what is happening in your life for them to believe. It's just like someone who had been thought to be nothing and would never make it. If such person makes it against all odds those who had thought He/she wouldn't make it would undoubtedly want to see what has become of the person and if possible how they became someone in life.

For example a student who has predicted grade that is below average and was already written off, if such student comes out as the one with best and most outstanding result it will not only amaze the teacher who predicted the grades but also the class/course mates.

There are things in our lives that needs to be seen so that even the unbeliving believers around us can actually understand why we serve God and choose to serve Him unwaveringly.

It is not wrong to pray that God should give you a *come and see testimony or encounter*. Sometimes our testimony is the only thing needed to change some people to Christ either they know Him before or they don't.

I pray that that which needs to be seen for people to believe in Christ through you will begin to come into manifestations now in Jesus name.

Do you know that your doubts at times can not stop God from performing what He wants to do in your life. Regardless of Sarah's laughter after the angel told her she will carry her child she eventually carried her child at the exact time predicted so is yours not possible?

Let us Pray.

Lord eternal we give all praise and glory to you alone accept it all in Jesus name

Father have mercy on me and forgive my short comings in Jesus name

Jehovah that which needs to be done in my life that eyes needs to see to come to the knowledge of who you are begin to do them in my life in Jesus name

Lord over (mention) give me a come and see what the Lord has done testimony in Jesus name

Lord let my destiny and life become an embodiment of testimonies and supernatural occurrence in Jesus name
