Topic: Ask without a doubt.

Text: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he  is  a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." James 1:5‭-‬8 NKJV

The God almighty is amazing in His ways and nothing can limit Him in anyway. I will exhort from James 1:5-8. To start with at some point or the other human being experience things that either challenge their faith to doubt the supreme being above or not.

This can be from basic day to day need to huge expectations that seem too big with no way out. Doubt is basically lack of trust in someone or something. To doubt someone you must either have knowledge of that thing or not.

From the scripture in verse 5 it starts with whoever lacks wisdom should ask God who alone can give without reproach advisable or is something we develop on or is given to us by God depending on the type of wisdom we are talking about. No one can be unwise and say they have wisdom because you must be wise in some sort to be be classified as somebody who is filled or has wisdom.

James admonish us all to ask God for wisdom because He is the only one who can give us wisdom without holding back.
Proverbs 4:7 talks about wisdom being a principle thing but in order to be called the wise on you must have an understanding of what you are becoming wise about.

Back to the topic, as highlighted in the verse above that we should ask in faith with no doubting how God will do it, if He will do it, when He will do it and how He will do it. It's in the nature of man to be impatient but it's in the nature of regenerated man to be patient because A regenerated man understand that God works. God will never stop working and He is forever able.

The enemy always try to bring even a regenerated man back to the position of unbelief by constantly bringing to your memory what could go wrong rather than what will be right. It is therefore advisable to renew our mind with the word and constantly remind ourselves of what God has done in time past. There is no way we will say we have no encounter with God daily as long as we are able to breathe the breathe of a new day. That is the first challenge every human alive face daily. If He still counts you worthy do you think He doesn't have you in plan.

The Bible let us know that a man who doubt is unstable, such man has no focus, such man can easily be intimidated by life, such man can easily allow situations in life to kill their dream such man can be manipulated by power of darkness and false doctrine. Such man is easily tossed by the winds that blow in life.

No matter what brethren today I want to encourage you when you ask God in faith don't entertain doubt. Ask and believe that He has settled it and let your faith keep still in the power of the one who changes things but never changes Himself.

Let us Pray

Lord we worship you for the privilege to wait today in prayer and fasting in Jesus name

Mighty God forgive us in anyway we have fall short of your glory due to doubts in Jesus name

Ancient of days help me personally to keep strong in my faith in you and not doubt in Jesus name

Lord for all my heart desires(mention) I believe you have settled them all in Jesus name

Lord I thank you because tou have open the book of rememberance concerning me and my time to testify is now in Jesus name.

Thank you Jesus for answered prayers in Jesus name
