Being Patient while waiting.

Being patient is a virtue and from my understanding it is one of the best virtue human being can possess. It's very easy to say to someone in a haste to be patient and take it easy but it's not that easy when we fall into the shoe of anxiousness.

When expectations tarry longer than expected you begin to question your ability to be patient. You even question your faith your service and everything questionable. Infact you question God!

Psalms 40:1-2 NLT "I waited patiently for the lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along."

The above verse gives us a hint of the benefits of being patient, it brings about answers from above. It says "I waited patiently on the Lord to Help me and He turned to me and heard my cry ." When we seek divine encounter its important to ask for grace to wait patiently for answers.  The Psalmist point out that God heard their cry after waiting patiently. I bet it was not easy to do it but it was worth it because He set their feet on solid ground and steadied their walk as He will do for you and I if we Wait Patietly.

2 Peter 3:9 NLT "The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent."
If God can be patient we have the ability to be patient. The above scripture let us understand that God is not slow about His promises as some people think. When the thought drops into your heart about the promises of God and how long its taking remind yourself that God is doing it on purpose for your sake. He knows the the best time. A nursing mother will not feed a very hungry baby with hot meal just because the baby is very hungry. The mother will make sure that the food is at least in the state that the baby will not end up with burnt tongue. Even as adult if you drink something so hot your taste buds becomes dormant for sometime before it heals up. But if you eat the food at the right time temperature wise you won't burn your taste bud you will enjoy not just the food but the taste.

Your timing and my timing might lead to disaster but His timing is always perfect. The timing that is fine tuned by Jehovah never end up in disaster instead it turns around disappointment to appointment. The reason  God expects you and I to be patient while waiting is for us to be able to get the best.   No good farmer plants and expect the harvest thesame day. There has to be time for watering, taking the weed off and constant observation of growth, then comes harvest .

I don't know what you are waiting for but today God is saying that you should wait patiently don't make an alternative for God and don't be in a hurry. You are yet to witness the best because God is going to bring something out of nothing in Jesus name amen.
WAIT PATIENTLY YOUR HARVEST IS HERE!

Happy New Month!!!!!!!!!
