A word for you

A word for you
Mark 10:23-25 NKJV
"Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, “How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!”  And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God!  It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”

This passage above gets me thinking most time I read it. Some believers have a wrong perception of riches when they quote this scripture. God isn't saying that He doesn't want His children to be rich it's a warning for those who depend so much on riches that they forget that one day they will leave the wealth and whatever they have acquired and return back to their maker. Riches isn't only about material things, you can be rich in things that aren't material and focus so much on it to the extent of turning it to your God. Some have pursued riches to the extend of taking people's lives. They forget that God is the God of abundance when you seek Him first you won't be pursuing riches but riches will pursue you. I don't know who this message is for this day you are fantasising so much about riches and you are gradually losing your purpose of existence. Jehovah Jireh never lacks and once you are connected to him you won't lack. The children of lion can beg but the children of God won't beg. God will supply all the needs of His children according to His Riches. GOD IS NOT A BEGGER SO YOU CAN'T BE A BEGGER. When He bless you don't turn that blessing (riches) to God, there are different stages in life but we hope and pray for best through Christ Jesus. So dear friend don't allow riches of the world to take you out of God’s Riches. Have a fullfilling day!
