Psalms 39 . 1-2 KJV "I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.  I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was stirred."

Prayer
Lord I thank you for this new day and the breath of life in Jesus name

Lord have mercy on me and forgive my sins in Jesus name

Jehovah I release my utterances to you Lord let it glorify you in Jesus name

Father briddle my tongue in Jesus name

Lord grant me grace to speak to edify and not to destroy souls un Jesus name

Thank you Lord for answered prayers in Jesus name
