A word for you!

Philippians 2:9-11 AMP
Therefore [because He stooped so low] God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, And every tongue [frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

A song I love to sing goes thus;
Something about the name JESUS 2X
It is the the sweetest name I know.
Oh how I love the name JESUS 2X
It is the sweetest name I know.

As true believers the name of Jesus means a lot to us. It is the strong tower, and it means saviour. Many christians love to quote the passage above but the question is do we understand the power in that name?
We confess it endlessly but it will only work for the good of true believers and to the glory of God. Stooping low to using it as an exclamation word ridicles the purpose of the name.
The name Jesus is sweet in a lot of ways because it gives happy ending to every situation its mentioned. People are saved from death, kidnappers and all kinds of destructive situations just because they used the name in faith. Every knee must bow at the mention of that name it includes the knees of those in authority over you whom you can't handle physically but His name can send them on their knee. Also they will bow because the name is more powerful than any power anywhere and everywhere.
Today friends I want to encourage you to use the name of Jesus in a way that your life will depend on it. Speak His name over the situations ready to bury you in shame. Speak His name over the health that is deteriorating, over unemployment,  government, employment, marital issues, spiritual empowerment, single loneliness, children issue , barreness even fruitfulness.  His name commands the atmosphere to change for your good and to His glory.
Have a Fruitful day!
