"Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.  For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.  Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low."

Prayer
Lord i thank you for this day and the breath of life in Jesus name

Have mercy on me Lord and forgive all my sins in Jesus name

Father i lift my eyes to you help and direct my path in Jesus name

Father i lift this nation unto you be our shield and defence in Jesus name

Oh lord destroy the plans of all that contend with your children expose them in Jesus name

Father from your throne judge the wicked ones that has risen against your children in Jesus name

Father strengthen us in all areas and show to the nation that you are our God in Jesus name

Father we soak our families, friends, community, church and nation in the blood of Jesus

Father show to all that threatens your children that you are Jehovah Nissi and you have the final say in all situations in Jesus name

Heavenly father remove every spiritual plaque placed on us to create fear of man in us and make us wax cold in our prayer life and faith in you in Jesus name

Father be our refuge in all areas and calm all risen or unrisen storms over our lives and nation in Jesus name

I soak myself and my household in the blood of Jesus

Henceforth i decree divine intervention over all that concerns me in Jesus name

Father foil every threat against us from far and wide in Jesus name

Father as this year is going to an end do not let me have cause to be mourned or mourn anyone in Jesus name

Father fill our mouth with new songs in Jesus name
