Trials in Journey..

Many people in the Bible went through some journeys that were unbearable. We will remember the Israelites  so well. Their hardship, rebellion and victory was vivid.

Just like a Pregnant woman first went to the journey of enjoyment with her spouse, then pregnancy came in. The period of pregnancy can be very trying. Some can be very dramatic but through it all when the baby arrives the trial will become a testimony.

Journey can be related to our lives one way or the other. It does not necessarily mean traveling from Africa to Asia, America, Europe or any part of the world.  We come through trials. But in it all God gives us victory IF we hold on to Him and Him only.

Joseph had Trials that infact somebody like me if not for God's grace would have questioned God why He created me, But because He knew so well that the one who orchestrated him and placed him where he was was with Him.

2 Kings 7:1-2 NIV "Elisha replied, “Hear the word of the Lord . This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of the finest flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.”  The officer on whose arm the king was leaning said to the man of God, “Look, even if the Lord should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?” “You will see it with your own eyes,” answered Elisha, “but you will not eat any of it!”

Imagine when Life throws somethings at you and you feel it so hard and the word of God says otherwise (like in the scripture aboundance prophecy of abundance in the midst of famine) you start thinking and devil being whom he is will start putting doubts in your heart.   But if you wait, walk, work with God as in totally you will not regret It.

Revelation 3:15-18 NIV "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other!    So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.    You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.    I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see."

If you minus God in times of trial or in your life, you will forfeit all your waiting periods because you allowed the doubts of trials to steal your testimony.  If Jesus had no victory in corner for you, He will not allow you to pass through that trial No.

He has been there and he understands. You might be in your own homeland and still feel like a foreigner Or be in a foreign land and feel more like an alien because the trials are coming with the speed of light. But who created light? God

God had invented light before scientist discovered light. That is God our father and maker. You are not in this journey without God's awareness but you must be prepared and commited to God even in the trials.

2 Timothy 2:11-15 NIV "Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him;  if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us;  if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.  Keep reminding God’s people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

Be prepared to do all to God's glory.
Journeys have stages begining, middle and end. But it will end one day regardless of the trials but how will it end victoriously or defeated?

That is a matter of Choice yes, you will choose which way you want it to end. In it all you must be prepared to either accept the defeat or ready to rejoice victoriously. Which way will that journey end. Will the trials deny you of victory or toughen you up so well to be victorious?  Its a choice brethren. Some will start very hot become lukewarm and eventually be spat out. Some will start well by his grace will finish well. Some will not even start well but mid way become on fire and finish well by His grace. Amen.

Let us be encouraged, it can be very painful, discouraging, demeaning, degrading at thesame time it can be positive please hold on to your maker. He will see you through believe it. And it will be so in Jesus name amen.
