Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

If we look at the purpose of a light, we wil understand that light always birth good thing. People that do evil hide in the dark. As a child of God our light is meant to shine in all areas.

Prayer
Father I thank you for this day and breath of life all glory to you in Jesus name amen.

Jehovah have mercy on me in all areas I have fallen short of your glory in Jesus name amen.

Lord give me understanding of my purpose as the light of the world in Jesus name amen.

Lord is there anything I am doing that is bringing darkness to replace my light take it away from me and help me to retain my stand as the light of the world in Jesus name amen.

Oh Lord let your light shine on my path and give me direction in all my paths in Jesus name amen.

Father show me which way to go in life oh Lord that will glorify and not ridicule the body of Christ in Jesus name amen.

Mighty God shine your light from Heaven on my soul, edify my soul, replace what needs to be replaced and destroy what needs to be destroyed in order for me to be a useful vessel in Jesus name amen.

Oh Lord help me to shine the light of the gospel all over the world in Jesus name amen.

Thank you Jesus for answered prayers in Jesus mighty name amen.
