Genesis 32:26-31 AMP
[26] Then He said, “Let Me go, for day is breaking.” But Jacob said, “I will not let You go unless You declare a blessing on me.” [27] So He asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” [28] And He said, “Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men and have prevailed.” [29] Then Jacob asked Him, “Please tell me Your name.” But He said, “Why is it that you ask My name?” And He declared a blessing [of the covenant promises] on Jacob there. [30] So Jacob named the place Peniel (the face of God), saying, “For I have seen God face to face, yet my life has not been snatched away.” [31] Now the sun rose on him as he passed Penuel (Peniel), and he was limping because of his hip.
Prayer
Ancient of days I honour your majesty and worship your holy name
King of kings thank you for this beautiful new dawn and grace of life
Lord thank you for the forgiveness of sin and your blood shed for my salvation
Lord thank you for your word, the grace and clarity I receive through your word
Heavenly father, do not let me miss my time of divine visitation in Jesus name
Lord grant me grace to be attentive to you even in the midst of different life situations
Lord this day let me have a divine encounter with you that will transform my life
Lord change my story this day, renew my glory in Jesus name
Lord remove every negative label that has been upon my life and is causing me delays in any aspect of life
Lord this day visit me, touch every aspect of my life that needs fine-tuning
Lord arise on my behalf and change my story, let your glory shine through my story
Lord take me to the pinnacle of visibility and destiny fulfillment
Lord remove all negative obscurity causing my life to retrogress physically or spiritually
Heavenly father as you changed the story of Jacob after his encounter with you let my story change after my divine encounter with you this day
Lord concerning the vessel used for this daily prayers all impacted by it and our household, settle us on all sides and let all mockery change to celebration in our lives in Jesus name amen
*Personal Prayer*
Thank you ancient of days for answered prayers in Jesus name
*Confess Daily: Sin shall not have dominion over me, I am operating in the power of the word of God. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus by faith as Jesus is so am I in this world. My season of divine encounter is here. Newness of life has begun. My story is changing my status is changing. God has visited me, my peniel moment is now. I will no longer remain thesame. The Lord is fine-tuning my destiny, my glory and all that concerns me to reflect His glory. Hallelujah!*
