Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]

Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail). [I Pet. 5:7.]

Today's we will be discussing a topic I titled *God Cares.*

When you hear the word 'care', what comes to your mind?

*Sis Queeneth:* Deep thoughtful action.

*Sis Leah:* Yes... It's a thought that involves action.

To care means;

the provision of what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of someone or something.

A parent is often referred to as the carer of their child.

When you care for something or someone you protect them.

These two Bible verses admonish us to cast all our cares - that is, worries, anxieties and downturn situations including those life challenges - unto God because  *He cares.*

God is not a tyrant who is oppressive and cruel.

He is God that nurtures, that feels your pain and mine and He has all the solution we might hope for.

Do you know in life even the closest people to you do not care for you as much as God does?

Because God has all answers.

Say for example the doctor told you the illness is unto death God is the only one that can reverse that because He is God.

Perhaps the lawyer says your case is just difficult they can't really get into the nitty gritty of it.

There is no law that backs your case but there is one that is supreme above all laws, decrees and whatever it may be. He cares so much that He will break protocols and get laws rewritten just for you.

He cares so much for us that He will never leave us or forsake us even when the whole situation seems unbearable and it feels all roads are closing unto us our God never gets fed up.

Let me tell you something. God doesn't need to run a research to find a solution to millions of different situations.

He doesn't need to call a panel to give His verdict on any situation or to avenge our cause in any way; He is God all by Himself.

Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.

Here the Psalmist is echoing what we read earlier: commit your way to the Lord... trust Him, rely on Him and He will bring it to pass.

Have you ever seen a situation that was so great that all spiritual leaders have to say God has no solution to it?

Even the situation around the world now, it's glaring that there is one Supreme Being who cares so much that He answers the call of His own.

You might be saying: well if He cares why am I here in this situation?

Because God cares doesn't mean the trials will not come.

Remember when Job was going to be tested, the devil took permission and God said: touch everything but spare his life.

The latter of Job's life and existence was way better than the former.

Sometime we hold on for too long, we hold tight on what we ought to let go off unto God. We allow the mountains before us to becloud our focus on God then we gradually accommodate worry because have lose focus on the One who created the mountains.

This God is the one who can move mountains just by speaking His word.

Remember He formed everything by His word.

Another great thing is that He cares so much that our spirit carries the same spirit that He has once we have given our lives to Christ so He begins to live in us.

Do you know that God cares so much about the minute details of our lives even the amount of hours of sleep we get and what we eat?

Yes, until we begin to see Him in that light we will always claim to have relationship with God but it will just be a distant relationship not a personal one which is what we need to have with our God.

He cares about the house you live in, the community you live in, your job, your spouse, your relationship, your children your health.

There is no details of our life that is of no importance to God because we matter so much to Him.

How lovely is it to know that you - a creation of Him - have so much importance but it is very good to daily remind ourselves about this same God who constantly showers us with His love and care. 

For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says the Lord, because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no one seeks after and for whom no one cares!

God cares so much that He can easily restore all that was lost.

Yes, remember He has the power to kill and bring back to life.

There is nothing you and I have lost in life that God cannot fill the void or bring restoration to it.

You may say: can He bring back the dead relative..

Hmmm! God is unquestionable; you may not see the dead relative in this life again but when you allow God to fill that void, I tell you you will understand that He has the power to replace even thing that we cannot understand or feel like it's irreplaceable.

You might feel like no one cares.

You might feel like all things are at odds in your life.

You might feel like things aren't just right but today I want you to go back to that God that saved you.

His name is Jesus Christ.

He loves you beyond your imagination.

He understands the reason behind your smile and your tears.

Even when at times you cannot express yourself with words.

He is your father your mother and the lover of your soul.

He is your source and the maker of all things.

He has placed you on this earth for a purpose.

He knows the pain.

He knows the fears.

He understands that you say your faith isn't that strong.

He knows the imminent needs you are calling on Him for.

He knows...

He is not afraid to come and take His place in you.

But you need to commit it all into His hands.

Let Him take the wheel.

Do it literarily - say: Lord take the wheel henceforth.

I know you care for me.

Help me in my unbelief and strengthen me.

Let me heed to your word and your call always.

Help me to let go of whatever is holding me back or whatever control I think I have when I can actually hand over to you.

Take your place, Jesus, and let me continue to enjoy your unending care and love in my life henceforth.

Glorify yourself over those situations that weigh me down always.

Father be the master of my soul and my entire being henceforth in Jesus name.

Amen.
