Prayer

Ancient of days I honour your majesty and worship your name

King of Kings thank you for this amazing new dawn and grace of life

Lord thank you for the grace to be among your children

Lord thank you for your mercy that speaks daily over me

Lord thank you for giving me a new song and allowing this season end in praise

Lord thank you for the divine turnaround for good over what the enemy meant for evil

Lord thank you for your eternal grace that supercedes any form of disgrace

Lord thank you for your great power that has set me free you deserve all the glory

Lord thank you for allowing that evil report turn into testimony

Lord thank you for supernatural breakthrough as I end this month and step into the second half of the year

Lord thank you for your great grace that is alive in my life you are worthy to be praised

Lord thank you for the open doors even when it was humanly impossible, you made it possible

Thank you Abba father for answered prayers in Jesus name

I am dancing into my new season, my time to rejoice unending has started. The Lord finished what He started and completed what He began. He turned around what the enemy meant for evil. Prayer

Lord thank you for this amazing new dawn and grace of life

Lord thank you for the forgiveness of sin and your blood shed for the salvation of my soul

Lord thank you for your mercy that prevails over the judgement of sin

Lord thank you for your grace that is exceeding and everlasting in my life

Lord thank you for your word and the direction I received daily through your word

Lord thank you for the church here on earth, for where you are leading us to

Lord uphold your church and do not allow the gate of hell to prevail

Lord save all your children from the persecution of the soul, spirit and body in Jesus name 

Lord raise leaders that will lead the church in spirit and in truth

Lord empower your children that you have appointed to lead the church here on earth do not let them fail you

Lord terminate the agenda of darkness over the body of Christ worldwide

Lord heal those who have been hurt by the church and have lost or almost lost their faith

Lessons from Ezekiel 47 to 48

Ezekiel 47

Verse 1 to 12 is about the healing of the waters and the trees.

Ezekiel was shown round the temple and the rivers that was flowing from the east to the north. The rivers were measured at different spots and the depth varied. However, the main message here was the healing power in this river

Ezekiel 47:8-12 NKJV

[8] Then he said to me: “This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed. [9] And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes. [10] It shall be that fishermen will stand by it from En Gedi to En Eglaim; they will be places for spreading their nets. Their fish will be of the same kinds as the fish of the Great Sea, exceedingly many. [11] But its swamps and marshes will not be healed; they will be given over to salt. [12] Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.”

This river as they flow from their bank to the other carried a healing rhythm and the scripture says as the river flows down the valley it will heal the water and every living creature will survive. It will be a spot for fishermen to get what they needed however, the swamps and mashes will be given over to salt. The trees at the bank of the river will beat fruit and will not fail because of the water that flows from the sanctuary and their leaves will be for medicines. Who is the living water? Jesus Christ is. But the flow of the living water must not be hindered and can't make any effect in a swamp or mashes because they are rendered useless and represents desolations. How do you allow the living water to flow, do you have logs, and weeds that ends up being a swamp or mash that can live the soul dead and in desolation. Jesus Christ can't flow where there are erected opposition to His rulership in your life you must allow Him to take control.

Verse 13 to 23 is about the borders of the Land.

The later part detailed how the lands should be divided based on the tribe of Israel. The Lord also instructed them to give allotment to strangers who dwell amongst them, who have children in accordance to what's due to the tribe they dwell 

Ezekiel 47:21-23 NKJV

[21] “Thus you shall divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel. [22] It shall be that you will divide it by lot as an inheritance for yourselves, and for the strangers who dwell among you and who bear children among you. They shall be to you as native-born among the children of Israel; they shall have an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. [23] And it shall be that in whatever tribe the stranger dwells, there you shall give him his inheritance,” says the Lord God.

Ezekiel 48

From Verse 1 to 29 it detailed how the Lands should be shared, what each tribe should have, the measurements due to them.

From verse 30 to 35 the name of the city and the gate was documented.

The name of the gate was Tribe of Israel with one gate for Reuben, Judan and Levi in the northward part. To the east was Joseph, Benjamin and Dan. To the South Simeon, Isaachar and Zebulun and to the West was Gad, Asher and Naphthali. The city was named The Lord is There. Which describes Jerusalem's wall according to Revelations 21:12.

Lessons from Ezekiel 42 to 43

Ezekiel 42

In this chapter Ezekiel continue to describe the chambers the measurements, the aesthetics. The description of the chamber of the priest was from verse 1  to 14 while verse 15 to 20 described the other parts of the temple. From this I see the intentionality of God and how He is aware of every details. If He can give exact measurements and materials to be used for construction of a temple what is it in our lives that is hidden from Him that He is not aware of. If my body is the temple of God it means all organs in my body can function according to His word and not malfunction as long as I treat my body as He wants me to.

Ezekiel 43

This chapter from verse 1 to 12 is titled the Temple of the Lord's dwelling place.

Ezekiel spoke of how the glory of the Lord shone over the temple it was intense that He had to bow and fall on His face. He said the voice of the Lord in the temple was like so many waters. At the time Ezekiel fell on his face in adoration the spirit lifted him and brought him to the inner court of the temple, the temple was filled with His glory. Then the Lord spoke to Him. 

Ezekiel 43:7-9 NKJV

[7] And He said to me, “Son of man, this is the place of My throne and the place of the soles of My feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. No more shall the house of Israel defile My holy name, they nor their kings, by their harlotry or with the carcasses of their kings on their high places. [8] When they set their threshold by My threshold, and their doorpost by My doorpost, with a wall between them and Me, they defiled My holy name by the abominations which they committed; therefore I have consumed them in My anger. [9] Now let them put their harlotry and the carcasses of their kings far away from Me, and I will dwell in their midst forever.

The Lord spoke to Ezekiel affirming that where he was at the time was where the soles of His (God's) feet was. Wait a minute! If the glory filled the temple so much that Ezekiel couldn't stand to watch but fell on His face and God said to Him what you see there is just where the soles of my feet are. What happens when His entire existence is in a place, this reminds me of the lyrics of a song 'no room can contain God, You can see His end or beginning .' As the Psalmist (Psalms 14:1) says only a fool will say there is no God. God spoke to Ezekiel that due to Israel disobedience where they defiled God's name and engaged in harlotry, they caused a wall 🧱 between them and God. Sin is indeed a reproach, no matter how enticing it may be, it takes you away from your purpose and your maker. God said let them put their harlotry away and I will dwell amongst them. The term Harlotry means engaging in sexual activity for payment. You can't engage in such without using your body. Your body as child of God is actually the temple of God, so whatever you engage in that defiles His temple is harlotry. God instructed Ezekiel to describe the temple of the Lord to the people, to inform them of their mistakes and the holiness of the mountain top.

Verse 13 to 17 talks about the dimension of the altar. He explained the measurements of every part of the altar so Ezekiel can relay the message in details. God is intentional in all He does. 

Verse 18 to 24 explained how the altar needs to be consecrated, He spoke of the sin offering the peace offering the atonement and all which corroborates with the book of Leviticus where God spoke of how the sin offerings and other offering for atonement of sin. But we know now that Jesus paid the price to replace all this sacrifices. However, because He did doesn't mean we must defile the temple of God or disobey His authority. May the Lord help us to be obedient and keep His temple far from harlotry or any form of sin in Jesus name amen.
