Lord eternal I worship your majesty and honour your holy name

King of kings thank you for this amazing new dawn and grace of life

Lord thank you for the grace to witness the last day of August 2025

Lord thank you for your mercy that endures forever concerning me

Lord thank you for not allowing the wishes of the wicked and unreasonable men come to manifestation over my life

Thank you father for uprooting the seed of shame and darkness from my life

Lord thank you for eliminating sorrow and pain from my life

Lord thank you for removing sicknesses and diseases far from me

Lord thank you for terminating all negativity from the pit of hell in my life and lineage

Lord thank you for filling my life with songs of praise and worship to you be all the glory

His perspective- PAIN

Welcome to a new Series called His perspective.. In this series I will be discussing real life issues and encounters but looking at it from the perspective of God almighty.

On His perspective today it will be centered around Pain.

Pain can be in diverse aspects of life and can affect us differently. Pain from the online dictionary is defined as highly unpleasant physical sensation caused by illness or injury. 

At least that describes the pain that is easily expressed or noticed. For example if you enter some hospital wards not all the patients will be experiencing pain, their symptoms and diagnosis may differ.

So let's talk about pain in life issues. Like I said this series is to discuss life issues. 

I will like to discuss  the pain of betrayal. A lot of the time we experience betrayal but it stings further if it comes from the people you once trusted and once shared so much with, it stings because trust was broken in a place you never thought it should be broken.

A few years ago, I used to trust someone so much,  I told them literally almost everything about me. Although I sensed some iota of jealousy but the truth was I brushed it aside on so many occasions.

But then I hadn't seen the person physically for a long time so it was easier to let go and start afresh like nothing happened each time they hurt me. 

Then they did another thing and it brought me to my knees and to tears, I felt a tightness within my heart, I felt broken and exposed at thesame time. I felt like it was meaningless to trust and I felt unforgiveness nearly crippling me and keeping me awake in wee hours of the night. Then I knew that I had to forgive and let go. 

There is one thing when you walk with God and you truly wants the Holy spirit to lead you, you will never entertain sin of any kind especially unforgiveness. But you know the devil, the accuser of brethren is aware that this is something that he can freely use to separate us from God and he is aware that the pangs and pain cuts deeper if it's from those you love and they broke your trust. So he spins into action ensuring that they are laced with the hottest betrayal you could ever imagine leading you to an unimaginable pain.

But this is where we must learn to understand from His perspective, God's Perspective 

Matthew 26:24 AMP

[24] The Son of Man is to go [to the cross], just as it is written [in Scripture] of Him; but woe (judgment is coming) to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born.” [Ps 41:9]

John 13:18 AMP

[18] I am not speaking of all of you. I know whom I have chosen; but [this has happened] in order that the Scripture may be fulfilled: ‘He who eats My bread has raised up his heel against Me [as My enemy].’ [Ps 41:9]

From the verses above in Mathew and John we can see that it's clearly referring to the betrayal of Jesus by Judas, they shared everything, he was close to Jesus but yet he sold him for money he never spent. The book of Psalms was crossed referenced speaking of thesame betrayal.

When you look at the pain and betrayal from His perspective I wouldn't say it takes the pain away immediately but it enables you deal with the pain and heal. In some cases God makes sure that you are able to forgive and forget, in some cases He makes sure you are able to forgive, let go and move on but never allow thesame to reoccur.

In the case I am sharing, I forgave on so many occasions and restarted like nothing happened until I had to forgive, let go move on and close every means of reoccurrence.

You might be listening and wondering how do you close the means of reoccurrence it's not and should not be done in bitterness or unforgiveness but through divine wisdom.

There are some betrayals that comes from your bloodline, and you might not be able to just forget and let go or move on but God can give you wisdom to ensure that door or loop hole for reoccurrence is permanently shut.

It could be that He will teach you on how to handle the people involved moving forward and how you manage your expectations from people or your own emotions around people. Whichever applies to you it's best to ask God on the right way to handle it, that's why it has to be handled and dealt with from His perspective.

Then you might say did you heal from the pain, Yes! I did, it wasn't easy because some pain battles with your mind and when it's battling with your mind it's after your soul because your mind is the place your soul dwells.

Proverbs 4:23 NKJV

[23] Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

God already knows the issues of life that will affect us and might derail us so why not hand it over to Him so He can help you through it.

My advice to you is not to abhor hate, unforgiveness or nurture the pain to the extent that it defines your purpose. Learn to let go today. Learn to allow Him help you through it and you will understand why you need to see it from His perspective.

Let us pray

Lord Jesus thank you for this first episode of His perspective, your perspective. Father today we spoke about pain due to betrayal and Lord we are aware that you actually went through it while on earth. Lord I pray for as many in this current situation that you will help them. Those tears caused by the pangs of the pain due to betrayal Lord heal them and give them reason to find purpose in that situation and draw nearer to you. Lord thank you because you are the only one who can help us in all we do in Jesus mighty name amen.

Thank you so much for joining us and do not forget that Jesus loves you so much.

Lord thank you for being everything I will ever need to me

Lord thank you for rubbishing the dictates of the wicked concerning me

Lord terminate every fear of unknown from their source in my life

Lord let your word overrule all negativity and evil decrees concerning my life

Lord uproot every seed of darkness germinating in any aspect of my life

Lord you know me and everything that concerns me, settle me and remove all the spiritual unrest from my life 

Lord destroy the laws of darkness causing pain and disgrace in any aspect of my life

Lord you alone can turn around situations, turn around the situation of this nation for the best in Jesus name 

Lord as I wait on you come early to my aid and show me your unfailing love and mercy

Lord strengthen me and remove all weaknesses from my life on Jesus name 

Lord help me, I do not have any power of my own, silent the mockers that have assumed I will never be helped

Lord fill my heart with your overflowing love and everlasting joy in Jesus name
