They arrived on the other side of the sea in the country of the Gerasenes. As Jesus got out of the boat, a madman from the cemetery came up to him. He lived there among the tombs and graves. No one could restrain him—he couldn’t be chained, couldn’t be tied down. He had been tied up many times with chains and ropes, but he broke the chains, snapped the ropes. No one was strong enough to tame him. Night and day he roamed through the graves and the hills, screaming out and slashing himself with sharp stones. When he saw Jesus a long way off, he ran and bowed in worship before him—then bellowed in protest, “What business do you have, Jesus, Son of the High God, messing with me? I swear to God, don’t give me a hard time!” (Jesus had just commanded the tormenting evil spirit, “Out! Get out of the man!”) Jesus asked him, “Tell me your name.” He replied, “My name is Mob. I’m a rioting mob.” Then he desperately begged Jesus not to banish them from the country. A large herd of pigs was browsing and rooting on a nearby hill. The demons begged him, “Send us to the pigs so we can live in them.” Jesus gave the order. But it was even worse for the pigs than for the man. Crazed, they stampeded over a cliff into the sea and drowned. Those tending the pigs, scared to death, bolted and told their story in town and country. Everyone wanted to see what had happened. They came up to Jesus and saw the madman sitting there wearing decent clothes and making sense, no longer a walking madhouse of a man. Those who had seen it told the others what had happened to the demon-possessed man and the pigs. At first they were in awe—and then they were upset, upset over the drowned pigs. They demanded that Jesus leave and not come back. As Jesus was getting into the boat, the demon-delivered man begged to go along, but he wouldn’t let him. Jesus said, “Go home to your own people. Tell them your story—what the Master did, how he had mercy on you.” The man went back and began to preach in the Ten Towns area about what Jesus had done for him. He was the talk of the town.

Hallelujah to our lord God almighty for another grace to share the word. It is by His grace we are here again praise God.

Lord almighty we thank you, father we give you praise and glory, lord I pray that you take control of the message today, let it be all of you and do not allow flesh to take preeminence. At the end let your name be glorified in Jesus name.

Today I will be teaching on *Healing from the unseen* and the teaching is taken from Mark 5:1-20. I will be using the Message translation to help us understand it better.

The man in the above story of the scripture had a condition that changed his name. His name was not mentioned but if you search the mad man of gadarene or gadara which ever word you put in this man's story pops up.

Any way what was wrong with this man, this man lived in the cementery some Bible translation says He lived in the tomb, his companion were the dead. No right minded human being will say living in the grave yard or motuary while you are alive is dope(cool) except they are not so right up there🧠.

When you are in your right mind and you can afford a lovely mattress you will be keen to get on it and have a lovely comfortable sleep.

This mad wasn't born in the tomb, his health and mental condition degenerated to that level where the only place he found companion was in the cementery.

Having seen people that hear voices/or are schizophrenic e.t.c some say they hear voices, and it's not a myth cause if you put a close circuit television (CCTV) in you can capture their responses to whatever voice they are hearing.

It is a disheartening state for anyone who knows or have seen people in that state because there is always a background story but not everyone can put together what led to that but whatever it may be it had affected their mental ability.

This madman was conversing and socialising with the unseen or unheard but he knew them.

On the day of His deliverance Jesus happened to be in town and Jesus got close to where he was obviously Jesus was not heading for the tomb but the God whom we serve as we know Christ came to save everyone no one excluded the unseen power in this man ran to Jesus bowing and cried out son of God what do you want messing with me. And Jesus asked who he was, he said I am mob meaning legion that is a lot of demons in one man. No wonder the man was cutting himself with sharp object, no wonder he couldn't be restrained, no wonder he had no help or companion except in the grave yard. Jesus planned to set this man free and this mob or legion begged please don't send me out give me a place to reside and Jesus ordered him and his so called companions that have made the body of this man a resting place to go into the pig 🐖 and those pigs ended up drowning. Imagine what drowning demonic spirit that has been living in the life of this man year in and year out.

This did not start in a day it was gradual this man was possessed by demonic power and forces making his body a temple of legion instead of being the temple of God. It is not every sick person that is in hospital, there are situations when the doctor cannot even diagnose what is wrong with the person's health, they keep running tests upon tests  but nothing comes out as result. Such a person lives like a living time bomb.

They have no answers and this can end in people commiting suicide, it could lead to euthanasia where people ask others to end their lives because they cannot cope.

This message isn't to mock any medical condition but to encourage you that deliverance and healing from unseen is very possible through Jesus, those voice you keep hearing will stop once Jesus take charge of your body and make it His temple.

Do not give up on your deliverance, your faith no matter how small can trigger deliverance from the unseen although medically no diagnosis has matched the symptoms you see but today I decree that the one who is the maker of the universe The Great deliverer will cause your deliverance to take place this minute in Jesus name.

You are saying but how long will I wait on Him today if you are yet to accept Him as your lord and saviour I want you to say,
*Lord Jesus I come to you just as I am I confess my sin and repent from them all I invite you to come and take center stage in my life as you become my lord and saviour. I release my all to you in Jesus name*

Now commit those unseen conditions into His hands ask for His delivering power to take charge in Jesus name

I decree my body is the temple of God no seen or unseen power can take over in Jesus name
