*Extra Mile*

Talking or thinking about evangelism as a life of going extra mile. You may wonder what do I mean by extra mile.

When someone's performance or an outcome is graded as extra mile it means the person or the outcome has gone beyond the expected norm.

To evangelise the gospel of Christ through a way of life is another extra mile. At times we wonder but I do everything I go out to distribute tracts, I go for early morning evangelism e.t.c.

Those are all good ways to win souls. We can never get tired of reaching out to souls. At times it may be little things like picking up someone's pen that drop, saying God bless you when people help you, saying thank you and please. Your morals attract people to you if it is an approachable one.

It could be as little as wearing a smile on your face, being happy to be happy that is you are not just happy cause something makes you happy but because the joy of God is flowing in you.

Your extra mile could be making that call to that person who is so adamant on giving their life to Christ just checking on them even when everyone see them as a plaque.

Your extra mile could be allowing people who have no water to fetch water free from your water fountain.

It could be that mini assistance that makes difference. Your extra mile could be excusing yourself when people gossip without judging them but standing up to stand in gap for them.

Today as we live let us think about what extra mile we could go to win that soul, those souls to Christ.

He that wins soul is wise, Soul winning is the heart beat of God He loves even that perishing sinner just as He loves the preaching Saint.
